What is the SODO Market

A stage for Seattle's small businesses.

The SODO Market exists for one reason: to get local vendors seen. We bring up to 40 makers, food vendors, artists, and small brands together in SODO and put them right in the path of the biggest crowds in the city. Community comes out to shop local, and small businesses walk away with new customers, new followers, and real exposure.

No giant chains. No filler. Just Seattle's own, in the most high-traffic corner of the city, on the days when SODO is packed.

Our whole job is pushing your business. We promote vendors across our channels and put you in front of crowds you could never afford to reach on your own.

SODO has never had a market of its own. We're starting one, and the whole point is to bring neighbors and fans together to support each other.

Why this summer is the moment

The world is coming to SODO.

In June and July 2026, the world's biggest soccer tournament lands in Seattle, and the matches are played right here in SODO. For roughly six weeks, the stadium district becomes the busiest stretch of the entire city. There is no better time to be a vendor steps from the action.

The SODO Market is hosted at 1712 Studios, a 6,000 sq ft creative warehouse in the heart of SODO. Right next door to Showbox SODO (which has shows and concerts on the regular), a short walk from Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park, and blocks from the Link light rail Stadium Station. We're in the flow of every fan, every show, every event.

The basics, answered.

What do I get?
An indoor booth at 1712 Studios, a DJ and music all day, promo on our Instagram, and you keep 100% of your sales.
What do I bring?
Your own 6 ft folding table, up to 2 chairs, and an extension cord for power.
Is there power at my booth?
Yes, power is available. Just bring your own extension cord to reach your spot.
Can I sell food or drinks?
Yes, with one rule: no cooking on site. Pre-made, packaged, and non-cooked food and drinks only. Vendors are responsible for their own permits and food-handling compliance.
What are the hours and when is load-in?
Market hours are set per game day: we open about 3 hours before kickoff and close about 3 hours after the final whistle. Load-in starts 2 hours before we open. You get the exact times for your dates after you book.
How do I get there and where do I park?
Stadium Station light rail is steps away and there's parking nearby. We're at 1712 1st Ave S, Seattle.
What if it rains?
It's all indoors. Weather never cancels the market.
