The SODO Market is a vendor market operated by Gb Open Space LLC, a Washington limited liability company, at 1712 Studios, 1712 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134.

- Identity and contact data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle.
- Vendor information: business category, dates booked, and any other information you submit on our booking form.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full credit card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, text, or DM.
- Usage data: standard web analytics (pages viewed, device type, referring URL) via Vercel Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
2. How we use your information
- To process your booth booking and payment.
- To send you booth confirmations, load-in details, market-day reminders, and other transactional communications by email and SMS.
- To send you occasional marketing communications about future markets, vendor lineups, and event-day specials (only if you opt in via the consent checkbox at booking).
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / text messages
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive transactional and occasional marketing text messages from The SODO Market. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS.
We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or other mobile opt-in data to any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with affiliates or partners.
4. How we share your information
- Service providers we use to run the market: Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (CRM and SMS/email delivery), and our website host (Vercel). These providers only receive what they need to perform their services and are contractually required to protect your data.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
- We never sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and tracking

8. Children
The SODO Market website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
